做法:洗净(jìng )宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待(dài )油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
