做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
