做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
