做法:洗净(jìng )宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米(mǐ )。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清(qīng )水,放(fàng )入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他(tā )材(cái )料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
