做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
