做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
