做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
