做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
