做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
