做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
