做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
