做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
