做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
