做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
