做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
