做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
