做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
