做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
