做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和(hé )薏米。用(yòng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清(qīng )水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
