做法:洗净(jìng )宰好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里(lǐ )的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的(de )鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小时,下盐调(diào )味即(jí )可品尝。 -
