做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
