做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
