做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
