做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一(yī )个(gè )半小时,下盐(yán )调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
