做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
