做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
