做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
