做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
