做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
