做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待(dài )油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
