做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
