做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡(pào )软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入(rù )煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
