做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
