做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
