做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
